Talamanca Peppercorns are grown in small organic farms along the coast of Costa Rica. They are raised under optimum conditions, in rich soil, and hand-picked when the pepper berry is fully mature. White peppercorns are peppercorns with their outer shell removed through a soaking process. They visually disappear in most dishes, however, their peppery taste is still all there. The Talamanca white peppercorns have a more robust flavor than the more common varieties.
