Talamanca Peppercorns are grown in small organic farms along the coast of Costa Rica. They are raised under optimum conditions, in rich soil, and hand-picked when the pepper berry is fully mature. Our rainbow blend contains black and white Talamanca peppercorns from Costa Rica, together with pink berries and green peppercorns from the Indian coast. The blend is attractive, with larger berries and brighter colors that those found in more common varieties. The flavor is rich and pungent.
